DESCRIPTION:The Austin Healey Owners Club Qld and The Sprite Car Club of Q
 ld Inc are joining up to attend the RACQ Motorfest this year and are hopin
 g to get a good turnout of Austin-Healeys, big and small, at the Motorfest
 , to be held at the RNA Showgrounds, Sunday 14th June. In addition to the 
 general display of cars upon the oval, we have been invited by the event o
 rganisers to select up to 15 cars for a special display in the Reid Pavili
 on; the purpose of which is to display the model range of big and small Au
 stin Healeys. The rest of the attending cars will be displayed on the oval
 . The RACQ Motorfest is a fun day with great atmosphere and plenty of fant
 astic vehicles of all types on display. This event is a great opportunity 
 to participate in a joint club activity, with live entertainment, fashion 
 competition, stalls and a wide variety of food venders. Free Entry: Entran
 ts displaying vehicles are given free entry to the Motorfest. How to Parti
 cipate: 1: Register your Vehicle: *Urgent* Vehicle Registration: Please re
 gister your vehicle with RACQ Motorfest, ASAP as registration closes 15 Ma
 y. Registration is quick and easy using the following link: Display Vehicl
 e Registration (note) The Registration Form will give you the option of ha
 ving your car judged. This is optional; simply follow the details on the f
 orm. You will also be invited to participate in their period fashion show 
 which is also optional. Fashion Show competitors dress in the period of th
 eir car. Details are included in the registration form for those who wish 
 to participate. 2: Once you have registered your vehicle, please RSVP your
  attendance to Karen Gordon: captain@spritecarclub.com 3: Special Display 
 in Reid Pavilion: We are seeking prime examples of the various Austin Heal
 ey models, showcasing the features and colour schemes of the period. If yo
 u would like your car to be considered for the special display, please sen
 d Karen the following details: Owner Name. Model Name / Mk / year). Photos
  displaying front, rear, side view and interior. Brief history of the vehi
 cle. On the day: We will be mustering at the Centenary Pool car park, Greg
 ory Terrace, prior to the event to ensure we remain in a group. They will 
 advise us of our arrival time window two weeks prior to the event. Safety 
 Equipment: Don\'t forget to bring a drip-tray or carpet square for your ve
 hicle. We require one 1kg dry powder fire extinguisher between us for each
  group (Oval & Reid Pavilion) I have one, so please advise if you have ano
 ther one. Visitors: Public entry is from 10:00am - 3:00pm Entry fee is $2 
 per person over 3 years of age. The British Section will be on the main ar
